Hello Tumblr! My shih pug Kylie gave birth at around 6:15am. I woke up feeling a wetness in my pillow when i saw a pair of itty wittle paws sticking out of her vagina. The first one took about 3minutes to get out because the passage way was really small. I felt like an actualy midwife trying to make her push hoping she’d understand what i was trying to make her do, which i think she did. YAY!
First pup is male, second is female, which came out around 7:20am.. I didn’t see it right away until i noticed Kylie licking her genitals. 20 minutes later third pup came out, male, i was surprised coz i’ve read about it and from previous experience with Hearty, they come out 30mins to an hour apart. Oh well.. Fourth came at 8:25am, another female with a birth mark like Cyndi’s, a “white glove” on her left paw. 10 minutes later, Kylie passed gas and out comes puppy number 5. LOL.
Just like that, we now have 10 dogs… 5 adults and 5 pups. In a couple of days/weeks, it’s Cyndi’s turn to give birth. More puppies!
